To Be Believed

It's not hard to write.

What's hard is to write
    and be read,
           understood,
    believed.

What's REALLY hard is,

To guide the reader to feeling safe enough
To open their mind
And hear something that would normally not be heard.

Perhaps to be moved.

On a rare day, to be transformed.

On the best of days to help that reader
Stand up, step out,
And act on that transformation.
