Meditation for Personal EvolutionSit.
Breathe in through the nose and down to the feet.
Breathe in through the nose and out to the hands.
in through the nose to the base of the spine,
up the spine, "ahhhhh,"
continuing up through the head,
and exhale, "haaaahhh."
One long breath to the feet, hands, and head again.
while mindful of "Safe."
while mindful of "Happy."
while mindful of "Healthy."
I let go of what holds me down.
Mindful of my resources:
clear headed mental capacity,
and the rest.
Limited but not scarce.
Valuable but not precious.
Acting with my resources in a cycle of
I nurture them.
I save them up.
I spend them mindfully.
To push through necessary change.
Having confirmed I'm aligned with my intent,
I allow myself to be carried forward
By the flow of events
In the direction of my life's higher purpose.
Living life with progressively greater grace and ease.
